Con­struc­tion

Com­plet­ed to the high­est stan­dard of a pro­fes­sio­n­al civ­il en­gi­neer (draw­ings avai­l­able for de­tails). Slide show avai­l­able on re­quest re­veal­ing the en­tire con­struc­tion pro­cess. Fea­tures:

• Dropped me­t­al ceil­ings (con­ceal­ing all ser­vices — ven­ti­la­tion, electrics, etc.)
• 8 inch con­crete floor­ing (lined with 100 mm high den­si­ty in­su­la­tion above and be­low)
• High den­si­ty cav­i­ty wall in­su­la­tion
• In­ter­nal perime­ter block lined with se­cond lay­er of high den­si­ty in­su­la­tion
• In­ter­nal par­ty walls lined rock­wool(noise re­duc­tion be­tween be­d­rooms)

This in­su­la­tion tech­nique cre­ates an en­ve­lope ef­fect in ev­ery room in the house and there­by dra­mat­i­cal­ly re­duces en­er­gy con­sump­tion in heat­ing.
